  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 67(1) of the National Heritage Act 2005 [Act 645], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the National Heritage (Declaration of National Heritage) (Heritage Site) Order 2012. National Heritage 2. The site of Lot No. 84, Section 60, Parliament Building, Jalan Parlimen in the District of Kuala Lumpur, Mukim Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory, the site that has been designated as a heritage site in the Notice of Designation of Site As Heritage Site [P.U. (B) 279/2011] as published in the Gazette on 6 June 2011 and listed in the Register is declared to be a National Heritage. Made 24 April 2012 [JWN.PP.600/3/51/1/2; PN(PU2)652/IX] DATO’ SERI UTAMA DR.
