Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Constitution (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1984 [Act A585], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of Holidays Act) (Amendment) Order 2012.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2013. 1
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of Holidays Act)
Order 2005 [P.U. (A) 511/2005] is amended in the Schedule by deleting the words
“(1) Substitute for the word “Deepavali” the words “Deepavali is not a holiday for the
Federal Territory of Labuan” in column “Modifications”.
