of PERINTAH WILAYAH PERSEKUTUAN LABUAN (PEMERLUASAN DAN UBAH SUAIAN KANUN TANAH NEGARA) (PINDAAN) 2013
Seksyen 2
The Schedule to the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of
National Land Code) Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009], is amended in the modification of section 12—
(a)
by substituting for subsection (1) the following subsection:
“(1) There shall be established a Land Executive Committee for the
Federal Territory of Labuan consisting of—
(a)
the Chief Secretary to the Government who shall be the
Chairman;
(b)
the Secretary General of the Ministry of Federal Territories who shall be the Deputy Chairman;
(c)
the Attorney General or his representative;

(d)
the Secretary General of Treasury or the Deputy Secretary
General of Treasury as his alternate;
(e)
the Director General of Lands and Mines;
(f)
the Senior Deputy Secretary General of the Prime Minister’s
Department; and
(g)
the Chief Executive Officer of the Perbadanan Labuan appointed under section 10 of the Perbadanan Labuan Act 2001 [Act 609].”; and
(b)
by substituting for subsection (1A) the following subsection:
“(1A) The quorum of the Land Executive Committee shall be its
Chairman and a majority of its other members mentioned in subsection (1).”.
