- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 7 Akta Perlembagaan (Pindaan) (No. 2) 1984 [Akta A585], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama
Seksyen 2
Jadual kepada Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Pemerluasan dan
Ubah Suaian Kanun Tanah Negara) 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009] dipinda dalam ubah suaian subseksyen 12(1)—
(a)
dengan menggantikan perenggan (b) dengan perenggan yang berikut:
“(b)
the Senior Deputy Secretary General of the Prime Minister’s
Department who shall be the Deputy Chairman;”; dan
(b)
dengan menggantikan perenggan (f) dengan perenggan yang berikut:
“(f)
the Director General of Federal Territories; and”.

NATIONAL LAND CODE) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2023
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Constitution (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1984 [Act A585], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of National Land Code) (Amendment) Order 2023. Amendment of Schedule 2. The Schedule to the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of National Land Code) Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009] is amended in the modification of subsection 12(1)—
(a)
by substituting for paragraph (b) the following paragraph:
“(b)
the Senior Deputy Secretary General of the Prime Minister’s
Department who shall be the Deputy Chairman;”; and
(b)
by substituting for paragraph (f) the following paragraph:
“(f)
the Director General of Federal Territories; and”.
