PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(3) Akta Perlembagaan (Pindaan) (No. 2) 1973 [Akta A206], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Seksyen 1

(1)

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan

(Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara) (Pindaan) 2013.

(2)

Perintah ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 15 Julai 2013.

Pindaan Jadual

Seksyen 2

Jadual kepada Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah

Negara) 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974], dipinda dalam ubah suaian seksyen 12—

(a)

dengan menggantikan subseksyen (1) dengan subseksyen yang berikut:

“(1) There shall be established a Land Executive Committee for the

Federal Territory consisting of—

(a)

the Chief Secretary to the Government who shall be the

Chairman;

(b)

the Secretary General of the Ministry of Federal

Territories who shall be the Deputy Chairman;

(c)

the Attorney General or his representative;

(d)

the Secretary General of Treasury or the Deputy Secretary

General of Treasury as his alternate;

(e)

the Director General of Lands and Mines;

(f)

the Senior Deputy Secretary General of the Prime

Minister’s Department; and

(g)

the Commissioner appointed under section 4 of the

Federal Capital Act 1960 [Act 190].”; dan

(b)

dengan menggantikan subseksyen (1A) dengan subseksyen yang berikut:

“(1A) The quorum of the Land Executive Committee shall be its

Chairman and a majority of its other members mentioned in subsection (1).”.

FEDERAL TERRITORY (MODIFICATION OF NATIONAL LAND CODE) (AMENDMENT)

ORDER 2013

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(3) of the Constitution (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1973 [Act A206], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Territory (Modification of

National Land Code) (Amendment) Order 2013.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 July 2013.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Schedule to the Federal Territory (Modification of National Land Code)

(Amendment) Order 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974], is amended in the modification of section 12—

(a)

by substituting for subsection (1) the following subsection:

“(1) There shall be established a Land Executive Committee for the

Federal Territory consisting of—

(a)

the Chief Secretary to the Government who shall be the

Chairman;

(b)

the Secretary General of the Ministry of Federal Territories who shall be the Deputy Chairman;

(c)

the Attorney General or his representative;
