Bahru ke Kota Tinggi melintasi Sungai Johor itu dan semua sungai lain yang boleh dilalui dan cawang sungai yang mengalir ke dalam perairan ini dan semua tambangan, jeti, dermaga, pangkalan mendarat, bagan, dok dan binaan lain yang serupa sama ada

termasuk atau terkeluar dari tikas air pasang dan mana-mana bahagian pesisir atau tebing dalam 45.72 meter tikas air pasang tertakluk kepada apa-apa hak harta persendirian di dalamnya.

PORT AUTHORITIES ACT 1963

DECLARATION OF PILOTAGE DISTRICT OF PASIR GUDANG PORT

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 29A of the Port Authorities Act 1963

[Act 488], the Johore Port Authority declares the area specified in the Schedule as the pilotage district for Pasir Gudang Port.

Revocation 2.

The Pasir Gudang Port Pilotage District Order 1987 [P.U. (A) 312/1987]

is revoked.

The areas enclosed by the following lines:

(A)

from a point of the coast at the southernmost tip of Tanjung Datuk or Tanjung Penyusop at Latitude 1° 22.20’ North, Longitude 104°

17.05’ East, directly to

(B)

Latitude 1° 20.59’ North, Longitude 104° 19.33’ East, to

(C)

Latitude 1° 19.90’ North, Longitude 104° 19.93’ East, to

(D)

Latitude 1° 19.40’ North, Longitude 104° 19.40’ East, to

(E)

Latitude 1° 17.35’ North, Longitude 104° 07.46’ East, to

(F)

Latitude 1° 18.31’ North, Longitude 104° 06.78’ East, thence following the boundary of the Malaysia territorial waters until reaching the eastern side of the Johore Causeway to the coastline eastwards and returning to the position referred to in item (A), including the Johore River up to the bridge where the Johor Bahru to Kota Tinggi road crosses the Johore River and all other navigable rivers and tributaries flowing into these waters and all piers, jetties, wharves, landing places, quays, docks and other similar works whether within or without the high-water mark and

any portion of shore or banks within 45.72 metres of the high-water mark subject to any rights of private property therein.
