- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537], Menteri mengisytiharkan semua bangunan yang terletak di atas Lot 12280, Kampung Sungai Buton, Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan dan yang dinamakan sebagai “Pusat Koreksional Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan”, sebagai suatu penjara bagi maksud Akta bagi pemenjaraan atau penahanan orang dalam jagaan yang sah mulai 15 Mei 2012. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister declares all buildings situated on Lot 12280, Kampung Sungai Buton, Federal Territory of Labuan and designated as “Pusat Koreksional Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan”, to be a prison for the purposes of the Act for the imprisonment or detention of persons lawfully in custody with effect from 15 May 2012.
