- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537], Menteri mengisytiharkan semua bangunan dan kawasan dengan keluasan 149 meter persegi yang terletak di atas Lot 23059, Bandar Sungai Petani, Daerah Kuala Muda, Kedah dan yang dinamakan sebagai “Pusat Reintegrasi Penghuni” sebagai suatu penjara bagi maksud Akta bagi pemenjaraan atau penahanan orang dalam jagaan yang sah mulai 1 Januari 2019. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister declares all buildings and the area measuring 149 square metres situated on Lot 23059, Town of Sungai Petani, District of Kuala Muda, Kedah and designated as “Inmate Reintegration Centre” to be a prison for the purposes of the Act for the imprisonment or detention of persons lawfully in custody with effect from 1 January 2019.
