- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537], Menteri mengisytiharkan “Pusat Koreksional Muar, Johor” sebagai suatu penjara bagi maksud Akta bagi pemenjaraan atau penahanan orang dalam jagaan sah. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister declares the “Correctional Centre Muar, Johore” to be a prison for the purposes of the Act for the imprisonment or detention of persons lawfully in custody.
