PRISON ACT 1995

DECLARATION UNDER SECTION 3

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister declares the places specified in column (1) of the Schedule to be prisons situated at the areas specified in column (2) for the purposes of the Act for the imprisonment or detention of persons lawfully in custody with effect from 10 June 2021.
