Opening note
Pemberitahuan Undang-Undang No. 73 tahun 1953 dipinda dalam Jadual
Pertama, berkenaan dengan Negeri Pahang, dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 52
butiran yang berikut:
“52A. Tanjung Agas
The area enclosed by the following imaginary lines:
36’ East thence along the coastline northwards returning to position (A)
including
Sungai
Pahang and its tributaries up to the Sultan Abu Bakar
Bridge that is navigable by sea going vessels and all jetties, piers, landing places, wharves, quays, docks and similar works whether within or without the high-water mark and any portion of shore or bank within 50 metres of the high-water mark, subject to any rights of the existing private property therein.”.
Butiran 49 Jadual Pertama kepada Pemberitahuan Undang–Undang No. 73 tahun 1953 dipotong.

DECLARATION UNDER SECTIONS 5 AND 6
Opening note
The Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 is amended in the First Schedule, in respect of the State of Pahang, by inserting after item 52 the following item:
“52A. Tanjung Agas
The area enclosed by the following imaginary lines:
36’ East thence along the coastline northwards returning to position (A)
including
Sungai
Pahang and its tributaries up to the Sultan Abu Bakar
Bridge that is navigable by sea going vessels and all jetties, piers, landing places, wharves, quays, docks and similar works whether within or without the high-water mark and any portion of shore or bank within 50 metres of the high-water mark, subject to any rights of the existing private property therein.”.
Item 49 in the First Schedule to the Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 is deleted.
