PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 5 dan 6 Ordinan Perkapalan Saudagar 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], Menteri mengisytiharkan Setiu dalam Negeri Terengganu sebagai suatu pelabuhan mengikut pengertian Ordinan. Pindaan Pemberitahuan Undang-Undang No. 73 tahun 1953 2. Bagi maksud untuk menentukan had pelabuhan, Pemberitahuan Undang-Undang No. 73 tahun 1953 [L.N. 73/1953] dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama, berkenaan dengan Negeri Terengganu, dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 88 butiran yang berikut:

OF THE MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE 1952

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5 and 6 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], the Minister declares Setiu in the State of Terengganu as a port within the meaning of the Ordinance. Amendment of Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 2. For the purpose of defining the port limit, the Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 [L.N. 73/1953] is amended in the First Schedule, in respect of the State of Terengganu, by inserting after item 88 the following item:
