- IN exercise of the powers conferred by rule 3 of the Lembaga Kemajuan Ikan Malaysia (Fisheries Complexes, Fisheries Harbours and Fisheries Landing Jetties) Rules 2010 [P.U. (A) 103/2010], the Lembaga Kemajuan Ikan Malaysia declares the place specified in the Schedule as fisheries complex for the purposes of these Rules.
