Menurut takrif “jalan Wilayah Persekutuan yang ditetapkan” dalam seksyen 67 Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Dato Bandar Kuala Lumpur, mengisytiharkan bahagian jalan yang dikenali sebagai Lebuh Raya Baru Pantai yang bermula dari—

(a)

kilometer 8.76 di Jalan Klang Lama sebelum persimpangan Taman

Sri Sentosa di koordinat S 10082.523, B 4678.183 dan berakhir di kilometer 14.00 di Jalan Bangsar di koordinat S 5790.536, B 3082.344

termasuklah Persimpangan Bertingkat Pantai Dalam, Plaza Tol Pantai

Bertingkat Taman Desa di koordinat S 8781.500, B 1176.789 termasuklah jalan sambungannya, iaitu suatu jarak sepanjang 3.0 kilometer; dan

(c)

kilometer K0.0 Tanjakan Hubungan Kuchai di koordinat S 9418.000,

B 1063.000 dan berakhir di kilometer K1.0 di koordinat S 8836.000,

B 1762.00 termasuklah jalan sambungannya, iaitu suatu jarak sepanjang 1.0 kilometer, sebagai jalan Wilayah Persekutuan yang ditetapkan berkuat kuasa mulai 8 Mac 2017.

ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987

DECLARATION OF THE NEW PANTAI HIGHWAY

AS A DESIGNATED FEDERAL TERRITORY ROAD

Pursuant to the definition of “designated Federal Territory road” in section 67 of the

Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister, after consultation with the

Dato Bandar Kuala Lumpur, declares the part of the road known as the New Pantai

Highway commencing from—

(a)

kilometre 8.76 at Jalan Klang Lama before the junction of Taman Sri Sentosa at coordinates S 10082.523, W 4678.183 and ending at kilometre 14.00 at

Jalan Bangsar at coordinates S 5790.536, W 3082.344 including

Pantai Dalam Interchange, Pantai Dalam Toll Plaza, Lembah Pantai

Interchange, Pantai Baharu Interchange and ramp from Federal Highway

Route II heading towards Subang Jaya at coordinates S 6513.4333,

W 2845.8034, being a distance of 5.24 kilometres;

(b)

kilometre 14.10 Pantai Dalam Interchange at coordinates S 8922.3154,

W 3538.6355 and ending at kilometre 17.10 Taman Desa Interchange at coordinates S 8781.500, W 1176.789 including its link road, being a distance of 3.0 kilometres; and

(c)

kilometre K0.0 Kuchai Link Ramp at coordinates S 9418.000, W 1063.000

and ending at kilometre K1.0 at coordinates S 8836.000, W 1762.00

including its link road, being a distance of 1.0 kilometre, as a designated Federal Territory road with effect from 8 March 2017.
