MENURUT takrif “jalan Wilayah Persekutuan yang ditetapkan” di bawah seksyen 67 Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Dato Bandar Kuala Lumpur, mengisytiharkan bahagian jalan yang dikenali sebagai Lebuh Raya Shah Alam yang bermula dari kilometer 45.9 laluan utama di koordinat U339613.109, T406025.571 Grid Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geosentrik (GDM 2000) dan berakhir di kilometer 52.2 di koordinat U339306.470, T412146.115 Grid RSO Geosentrik (GDM 2000) termasuk Plaza Tol Awan Besar Timur, Persimpangan Bertingkat Awan Besar, Plaza Tol Awan Besar Barat, Persimpangan Bertingkat Awan Kecil, Persimpangan Bertingkat SUKOM dan Persimpangan Bertingkat Sri Petaling, iaitu suatu jarak sepanjang 6.3 kilometer sebagai jalan Wilayah Persekutuan yang ditetapkan berkuat kuasa mulai 24 April 2014.

Perintah Jalan Persekutuan (Lebuhraya Shah Alam) 1998 [P.U. (A) 133/1998].



DECLARATION OF SHAH ALAM EXPRESSWAY

AS A DESIGNATED FEDERAL TERRITORY ROAD

PURSUANT to the definition of “designated Federal Territory road” under section 67 of the

Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister, after consultation with the Dato Bandar

Kuala Lumpur, declares the part of the road known as the Shah Alam Expressway commencing from kilometre 45.9 main line at coordinates N339613.109, E406025.571

Rectified Skew Orthomorphic (RSO) Geocentric (GDM 2000) Grid and ending at kilometre 52.2 at coordinates N339306.470, E412146.115 RSO Geocentric (GDM 2000) Grid including Awan Besar East Toll Plaza, Awan Besar Interchange, Awan Besar West Toll

Plaza, Awan Kecil Interchange, SUKOM Interchange and Sri Petaling Interchange, being a distance of 6.3 kilometre as a designated Federal Territory road with effect from 24 April 2014.

The road declared to be a designated Federal Territory road is shown on the map in the Schedule.

The part of the road declared to be a designated Federal Territory road under paragraph 1 has been declared to be a Federal road under the Federal Roads (Shah Alam

Expressway) Order 1998 [P.U. (A) 133/1998].


