- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 21A(1) Akta Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (Perbadanan) 1980 [Akta 231], Menteri mengisytiharkan bahawa Lebuh Raya Pantai Timur-Fasa 2 hendaklah terhenti daripada berada di bawah kawalan dan pengurusan Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia mulai 15 Julai 2016. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 21A(1) of the Malaysian Highway Authority (Incorporation) Act 1980 [Act 231], the Minister declares that the East Coast Expressway-Phase 2 shall cease to be under the control and management of the Highway Authority Malaysia with effect from 15 July 2016.
