MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE 1952
DECLARATION OF ALTERATION OF PORT LIMITS FOR
KUALA SUNGAI LINGGI PORT
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(3)
of the
Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], the Minister alters the port limits for
Kuala Sungai Linggi Port in the State of Malacca as defined in the Legal Notification
No. 73 of 1953 [L.N. 73/1953].
Alteration of port limits 2.
The Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 is amended in the First Schedule, in respect of the State of Malacca, by substituting for item 46B the following item:
