- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(3) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], the Minister alters the port limits for Lumut Port in the State of Perak as defined in the Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 [L.N. 73/1953]. Alteration of port limits 2. The Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 is amended in the First Schedule, in respect of the State of Perak—

by substituting for item 64 the following item:
