- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 6(3) Ordinan Perkapalan Saudagar 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], Menteri mengubah had pelabuhan bagi Pelabuhan Lumut dalam Negeri Perak yang ditetapkan dalam Pemberitahuan Undang-Undang No. 73 tahun 1953 [L.N. 73/1953]. Pengubahan had pelabuhan 2. Pemberitahuan Undang-Undang No. 73 tahun 1953 dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama, berkenaan dengan Negeri Perak—
(A)
From a point of the coast at Latitude 04° 18’ North, Longitude 100° 34.76’
East, directly to
Seksyen 45

East, and returning to position

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(3) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance 1952 [Ord. 70/1952], the Minister alters the port limits for Lumut Port in the State of Perak as defined in the Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 [L.N. 73/1953]. Alteration of port limits 2. The Legal Notification No. 73 of 1953 is amended in the First Schedule, in respect of the State of Perak—
(a)
by substituting for item 64 the following item:
