- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537], Menteri mengisytiharkan bangunan Blok A, B, C, D dan E yang dikelilingi pagar dawai berangkai yang terletak di atas Lot 036290025, Kem Paradise Kota Belud, Daerah Kota Belud, Sabah dan yang dinamakan sebagai “Pusat Pemulihan Pemasyarakatan Kem Paradise Kota Belud, Sabah”, sebagai suatu penjara bagi maksud Akta bagi pemenjaraan atau penahanan orang dalam jagaan yang sah mulai 15 Ogos 2015. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister declares Block A, B, C, D and E buildings that are surrounded by chain link fence situated on Lot 036290025, Kem Paradise Kota Belud, District of Kota Belud, Sabah and designated as “Pusat Pemulihan Pemasyarakatan Kem Paradise Kota Belud, Sabah”, to be a prison for the purposes of the Act for the imprisonment or detention of persons lawfully in custody with effect from 15 August 2015.
