- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subrule 2(2) of the Courts of Judicature (High Court in Malaya) (Vacations) Rules 1985 [P.U. (A) 326/1985], the Chief Judge of the High Court in Malaya declares that the vacations of the High Court in Malaya for the calendar year 2012 shall be―
