- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 2 Akta Kuarantin Tumbuhan 1976 [Akta 167], dalam takrif “tumbuhan berbahaya”, Menteri mengisytiharkan tumbuhan dalam Jadual sebagai tumbuhan berbahaya bagi maksud Akta.

- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Plant Quarantine Act 1976 [Act 167], in the definition of “noxious plant”, the Minister declares the plant listed in the Schedule to be the noxious plant for the purposes of the Act.

Bilangan daun bagi setiap pokok boleh mencapai sehingga 55 helai/The number of leaves of each plant can reach up to 55;
(d)
Ketinggiannya boleh mencapai sehingga 1.5 - 2.0 meter/The height of the plant can reach up to 1.5 - 2.0 metres;

Batang biasanya bercabang dan diselaputi dengan bulu halus (trikomes)/The stem is usually branched and covered with fine hairs (trichomes);

Bunga berwarna putih berkrim dengan ukuran diameter antara 4 - 6 milimiter/Creamy-white flower in diameter of about 4 - 6 milimetres;

Ciri-ciri biji benih seperti yang berikut/Characteristic of the seeds as follows:

bentuk: baji/
form: wedge;
(h)
Sebatang pokok yang sihat boleh menghasilkan 100,000
biji benih dalam satu kitaran yang lengkap (3 – 4 bulan);
dan/A healthy plant can produces 100,000 seeds in one complete cycle (3 – 4 months);
