Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965] sebagaimana yang diubahsuaikan oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara) 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974], yang diberikan kepada Kerajaan Persekutuan dan diwakilkan kepadanya melalui Pemberitahuan yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 108/2003 pada 3 Mac 2003, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk masjid dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.
