Opening note

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965] sebagaimana yang diubahsuaikan oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Pemerluasan dan Ubah Suaian Kanun Tanah Negara) 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009], yang diberikan kepada Kerajaan Persekutuan dan diwakilkan kepadanya melalui Pemberitahuan yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 242/2010 pada 10 Mei 2010, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk sistem dan perkhidmatan pembetungan dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.

NATIONAL LAND CODE

RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1)

of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965] as modified by the Federal Territory Labuan

(Extension and Modification of National Land Code) Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009], conferred upon the Government of the Federation and delegated to it by Notification published in P.U. (B) 242/2010 on 10 May 2010, the Land Executive Committee of the

Federal Territory of Labuan has reserved the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit a site for sewerage system and services and has designated that the

Federal Lands Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land.
