NATIONAL LAND CODE

RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

The Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, in exercise of the powers under subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], delegated to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur by notification in the Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003] by the Government of the Federation upon whom the powers under the National Land Code had been conferred by the Federal Territory (Modification of National Land Code) Order 1974

[P.U. (A) 56/1974]—

(a)

reserves the land described in the Schedule for the public purpose of a site for a flood drainage tunnel, roads and railways; and

(b)

designates that the Federal Lands Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
