Opening note

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965] sebagaimana yang diubahsuaikan oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya (Ubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara) 2001 [P.U. (A) 213/2001], yang diberikan kepada Kerajaan Persekutuan dan diwakilkan kepadanya melalui Pemberitahuan yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 360/2002 pada 28 November 2002, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu suatu tapak untuk taman awam yang dikenali sebagai Taman Putra 5 dan telah menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.

NATIONAL LAND CODE

RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code

[Act 56/1965] as modified by the Federal Territory of Putrajaya (Modification of

National Land Code) Order 2001 [P.U. (A) 213/2001], conferred upon the Government of the Federation and delegated to it by Notification published in P.U. (B) 360/2002 on 28 November 2002, the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya has reserved the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit a site for public park known as Taman Putra 5 and has designated that the Federal Lands

Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land.
