Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003] by the Government of the
Federation upon whom the powers under the National Land Code had been conferred by the

[P.U. (A) 56/1974]—
(a)
reserves the land described in the Schedule for the public purpose of a site for house of worship of non-Muslim; and
(b)
designates that the Secretary General of the Ministry of Federal Territories shall have control of the reserved land.
