RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE
The Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya, in exercise of the powers under subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], delegated to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya by notification in the
Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 360/2002] by the Government of the
Federation upon whom the powers under the National Land Code had been conferred by the Federal Territory of Putrajaya (Modification of National Land Code) Order 2001
[P.U. (A) 213/2001]—
(a)
reserves the land described in the Schedule for the public purpose of a site for a green connector; and
(b)
designates that the Federal Lands Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land.
