Kuala
Lumpur by notification in the
Delegation of
Powers under
Section 13 [P.U.
(B)
108/2003] by the Government of the Federation upon whom the powers under the National Land Code had been conferred by the Federal Territory
(Modification of National Land Code) Order 1974 [P.U.
(A)
56/1974]—
(a)
has reserved the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of sewerage system and services; and
(b)
has designated that Federal Lands Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land.
