Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah

Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur—

(a)

merizabkan Tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam bagi suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang awam; dan

(b)

menetapkan bahawa Ketua Setiausaha Negara hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).
