Kerajaan Persekutuan melalui Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 242/2010],

Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan—

(a)

merizabkan tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam bagi suatu tapak untuk Tapak Sejarah Terowong

Perlombongan Arang Batu Bukit Kubong; dan

(b)

menetapkan bahawa Ketua Setiausaha Negara hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).

NATIONAL LAND CODE

RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1)

of the

National Land Code [Act 828], as modified by the Federal Territory of Labuan

(Extension and Modification of National Land Code) Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009]

and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 242/2010], the Land Executive Committee of the

Federal Territory of Labuan—

(a)

reserves the Federal land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for a Historic Site of Bukit Kubong Mining Coal Tunnel; and

(b)

designates that the Chief Secretary to the Government shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
