Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 5 Akta Perwakilan Kuasa 1956 [Akta 358], Menteri mewakilkan kuasanya di bawah subseksyen 3(1) Akta Pendanaan Kerajaan 1983 [Akta 275]—
(i)
untuk melaksanakan, menandatangan dan mengemukakan bagi pihak
Kerajaan
Malaysia semua perjanjian pinjaman atau kemudahan antara Kerajaan Malaysia sebagai peminjam dan pemberi pinjam berkenaan dengan pinjaman atau kemudahan yang diambil bagi tujuan Sijil Pelaburan Kerajaan; dan
(ii)
untuk melaksanakan, menandatangan dan mengemukakan semua dokumen, sijil, pemberitahuan dan semua notis, tuntutan atau lain-lain komunikasi yang perlu dikemukakan atau diserahkan oleh
Kerajaan Malaysia menurut atau di bawah perjanjian pinjaman atau kemudahan itu; dan
(b)
kepada pegawai yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual B untuk melaksanakan, menandatangan atau mengemukakan semua dokumen, sijil, pemberitahuan dan mana-mana komunikasi lain yang perlu dikemukakan atau diserahkan oleh Kerajaan Malaysia menurut atau di bawah perjanjian pinjaman atau kemudahan itu.

Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Delegation of Powers Act 1956 [Act 358], the Minister delegates his powers under subsection 3(1) of the Government Funding Act 1983 [Act 275]—
(i)
to execute, sign and deliver on behalf of the Government of Malaysia all loan or facility agreements between the Government of Malaysia as borrower and all lenders in respect of loans or facilities raised for the purposes of the Government Investment Issue; and
(ii)
to execute, sign and deliver all documents, certificates, notifications and all notices, demands or other communication required to be given or sent by the Government of Malaysia pursuant to, or under, such loan or facility agreements; and
(b)
to the officers specified in Schedule B to execute, sign or deliver all documents, certificates, notifications and such other communication required to be given or sent by the Government of Malaysia pursuant to, or under, such loan or facility agreements.
