- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Delegation of Powers Act 1956 [Act 358], the Minister of Home Affairs delegates his powers under section 16 of the Dangerous Drugs (Special Preventive Measures) Act 1985 [Act 316] to the officer in charge of the Machang Rehabilitation Centre, Kelantan.
