- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 5 Akta Perwakilan Kuasa 1956 [Akta 358], Menteri Dalam Negeri mewakilkan kuasanya di bawah seksyen 16 Akta Dadah Berbahaya (Langkah-Langkah Pencegahan Khas) 1985 [Akta 316] kepada pegawai yang menjaga Pusat Pemulihan Akhlak Muar, Johor. Pembatalan 2. Pewakilan Kuasa dan Kewajipan Tertentu di bawah Akta Dadah Berbahaya (Langkah-Langkah Pencegahan Khas) 1985 [P.U. (B) 109/1998] dibatalkan. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Delegation of Powers Act 1956 [Act 358], the Minister of Home Affairs delegates his powers under section 16 of the Dangerous Drugs (Special Preventive Measures) Act 1985 [Act 316] to the officer in charge of the Muar Rehabilitation Centre, Johore.
