- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 5 Akta Perwakilan Kuasa 1956 [Akta 358], Menteri Kewangan mewakilkan kuasanya di bawah perenggan 54(6)(j) Akta Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja 1991 [Akta 452] kepada Lembaga Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja berkenaan dengan kelulusan suatu syarikat insurans atau takaful. Permulaan kuat kuasa 2. Perwakilan kuasa ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 8 Jun 2021. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Delegation of Powers Act 1956 [Act 358], the Minister of Finance delegates his powers under paragraph 54(6)(j) of the Employees Provident Fund Act 1991 [Act 452] to the Employees Provident Fund Board in respect of the approval of an insurance or a takaful company. Commencement 2. This delegation of power comes into operation on 8 June 2021. P.U.
