- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 5 Akta Perwakilan Kuasa 1956 [Akta 358], Menteri Kewangan mewakilkan kuasanya di bawah subseksyen 8(1) Akta Setem 1949 [Akta 378] kepada Ketua Pengarah Hasil Dalam Negeri untuk mengeluarkan lesen untuk membenarkan mana-mana orang membayar duti setem dengan menggunakan mesin frangki digital. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Delegation of Powers Act 1956 [Act 358], the Minister of Finance delegates his power under subsection 8(1) of the Stamp Act 1949 [Act 378] to the Director General of the Inland Revenue to issue license to authorise any person to pay the stamp duty by means of a digital franking machine.
