AMENDMENT OF NOTICE UNDER SUBSECTION 27(1)

Opening note

PURSUANT to subsection 27(1) of the Financial Services Act 2013 [Act 758], the Central Bank of Malaysia amends the List of Licensed Investment Banks in the Schedule to the Notice under subsection 27(1) published in the Gazette on 3 June 2014 [P.U. (B) 278/2014]—

in item 1, by substituting for the words “Affin Investment Bank Berhad”

the words “Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad”; and

by deleting item 6 and the particulars relating to it.
