Persekutuan memperuntukkan bahawa Parlimen hendaklah dipanggil bermesyuarat pada suatu tarikh yang tidak lewat daripada seratus dua puluh hari dari tarikh pembubaran itu:

WHEREAS Parliament was dissolved on the third day of April, two thousand thirteen: AND WHEREAS Clause (4) of Article 55 of the Federal Constitution provides that Parliament shall be summoned to meet on a date not later than one hundred and twenty days from the date of such dissolution: NOW THEREFORE WE, ALMU’TASIMU BILLAHI MUHIBBUDDIN TUANKU ALHAJ ABDUL HALIM MU’ADZAM SHAH IBNI ALMARHUM SULTAN BADLISHAH, BY THE GRACE OF ALLAH, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong of the States and territories of Malaysia, in exercise of the powers conferred on US under Article 55 of the Federal Constitution, DO HEREBY SUMMON Parliament to meet and appoint the twenty fourth day of June, two thousand thirteen, and the hour of ten in the morning, as the date and time for the
