pada tarikh proklamasi ini, telah mencapai umur yang ditentukan dalam proklamasi ini, yang tidak kurang daripada enam belas tahun, tetapi belum mencapai umur yang ditentukan dalam proklamasi ini, yang tidak lebih daripada tiga puluh lima tahun; dan

merupakan warganegara atau pemastautin tetap di Malaysia, hendaklah bertanggungan untuk menjalani latihan khidmat negara di bawah Akta itu.

MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, BETA, ALMU’TASIMU BILLAHI MUHIBBUDDIN

TUANKU ALHAJ ABDUL HALIM MU’ADZAM SHAH IBNI ALMARHUM SULTAN

BADLISHAH, dengan Kurnia Allah, Yang di-Pertuan Agong bagi Negeri-Negeri dan

Wilayah-Wilayah Malaysia, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepada BETA sebagaimana yang tersebut di atas, membuat proklamasi yang berikut:

“Semua warganegara Malaysia yang, pada tarikh proklamasi ini, telah mencapai umur enam belas tahun dan enam bulan tetapi belum mencapai umur lapan belas tahun diarahkan bahawa hendaklah bertanggungan untuk menjalani latihan khidmat negara di bawah Akta Latihan Khidmat Negara 2003.”.

DIPERBUAT di Istana Negara BETA di Kuala Lumpur, Ibu Kota Persekutuan, pada dua puluh enam haribulan Jun, dua ribu tiga belas.

PROCLAMATION

BY HIS MAJESTY THE YANG DI-PERTUAN AGONG,

BY THE GRACE OF ALLAH, SUPREME HEAD

OF THE STATES AND TERRITORIES OF MALAYSIA

ALMU’TASIMU BILLAHI MUHIBBUDDIN TUANKU ALHAJ ABDUL HALIM MU’ADZAM

SHAH IBNI ALMARHUM SULTAN BADLISHAH

Yang di-Pertuan Agong

on the date of this proclamation, has attained such age as may be specified in this proclamation, not being less than sixteen years, but has not attained such age as may be specified in this proclamation, not being more than thirty-five years; and

is a citizen or a permanent resident of Malaysia, shall be liable to undergo national service training under the Act.

NOW THEREFORE, WE, ALMU’TASIMU BILLAHI MUHIBBUDDIN TUANKU ALHAJ

ABDUL HALIM MU’ADZAM SHAH IBNI ALMARHUM SULTAN BADLISHAH, by the Grace of Allah, Yang di-Pertuan Agong of the States and Territories of Malaysia, in exercise of the powers conferred on US as aforesaid make the following proclamation:

“All citizens of Malaysia who, on the date of this proclamation, have attained the age of sixteen years and six months but have not attained the age of eighteen years are directed to be liable to undergo national service training under the National Service Training Act 2003.”.

GIVEN at OUR Istana Negara in Kuala Lumpur, the Federal Capital, this twenty sixth day of June, two thousand thirteen.
