Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan $ 4 5 \mathrm {A} (c) $ Akta Akta 234. Dadah Berbahaya 1952, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Dadah Berbahaya 1952 adalah dipinda—
(a)
dalam Bahagian II dengan menggantikan butiran "Resin of Cannabis and substances of which such Resin forms the base" dengan butiran "Cannabis resin and substances of which such resin forms the base"; dan
(i)
dengan memotong butiran "Cannabis (Indian Hemp) and Cannabis resin (Resin of Indian Hemp)”, "Coca Leaf" dan "Opium, whether raw, prepared or medicinal"; dan
(ii)
dengan memasukkan selepas butiran "Etoxeridine" butiran yang berikut:
"Extract or tincture of cannabis Extract or tincture of coca leaves Extract or tincture of opium".

DANGEROUS DRUGS (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 1996
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph $ 4 5{\mathrm{A}}(c) $ of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952, the Minister makes the following order:
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Dangerous Drugs (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 1996.
Seksyen 2
The First Schedule to the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 is amended—
(a)
in part II by substituting for the item "Resin of Cannabis and substances of which such Resin forms the base" the item "Cannabis resin and substances of which such resin forms the base"; and
(i)
by deleting the items "Cannabis (Indian Hemp) and Cannabis resin (Resin of Indian Hemp)”, "Coca Leaf" and "Opium, whether raw, prepared or medicinal"; and
(ii)
by inserting after the item "Etoxeridine" the following items:
"Extract or tincture of cannabis Extract or tincture of coca leaves Extract or tincture of opium".
