1. Offshore Companies Act 1990-

Subsection 2(1)

(i) Substitute for the definition of "Registrar" the following definition:

"Registrar" means the Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority established under the Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority Act 1996;'; and

‘“Minister” means the Minister for the time being charged with the responsibility for finance;’2. Labuan Trust Companies Act 1990—Section 2(i) Substitute for the definition of “Registrar” the following definition:

‘“Registrar” means the Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority established under the Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority Act 1996;’ and(ii) substitute for the definition of “Minister” the following definition:

‘“Minister” means the Minister for the time being charged with the responsibility for finance;’3. Offshore Banking Act 1990—wherever appearing thereinReferences to the “Governor” shall be construed as references to the “Chairman appointed under section 5 of the Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority Act 1996”.

Subsection 30(2)

Substitute for the words "Federal Consolidated Fund" the words "Fund established under section 29 of the Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority Act 1996.".

Subsection 33(2)

(i) Delete the words "and Deputy Governor and any director of the Bank"; and

(ii) add a fullstop after the word "Governor".
