This order may be cited as the Educational Institutions (Discipline)
(First Schedule) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2008.

Amendment of First Schedule
The First Schedule of the Act is amended by inserting after item 109 the following items:
Seksyen 11
Kolej Matrikulasi Kedah
The whole Act except sections 4, 17,
18, 19 and 20”.
