Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Judges’ Remuneration Act 1971 [Act 45], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, after consultation with the Chief Justice, makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement

These regulations may be cited as the Judges’ Remuneration (Amendment of First and Fifth Schedules) Regulations 2008.
Seksyen 2
New First Schedule
The Judges’ Remuneration Act 1971, which is referred to as the “Act”
in these Regulations, is amended by subsitituting for the First Schedule the following Schedule:

The Fifth Schedule to the Act is amended in paragraph 1 by substituting for the figure “10,980.75” the figure “11,911.92”.
