Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 42(1) of the Constitution of Universiti Sains Malaysia [P.U. (A) 220/2011], Chancellor makes the following statute: Citation and commencement 1. This statute may be cited as Statute XXXV - Official and Academic Dress (Amendment) 2012 and shall be deemed to have come into force on 16 April 2012. Amendment to the Schedule 2. Schedule to Statute VIII - Official and Academic Dress [P.U. (A) 221/79] is amended in Part II by substituting for the particulars listed under the heading of “SCHOOL COLOURS”, the following: “Degrees Degree Colours Pharmacy Lilac Engineering Dark Green Communication Light Blue Education White Management Silver Medicine Crimson Science Gold Science with Education Pale Purple Applied Science Light Green with Gold Edging Social Science Orange Computer Science Brown Science (Housing, Building and Planning) Poppy Arts Light Cerise Arts with Education Pale Purple Architecture Yellow Technology Apple Green Dentistry White with Gold Edging P.U.
