Opening note
Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Kawalan Harga dan
Antipencatutan (Penentuan Harga Maksimum dan Penandaan Harga Barangan
Harga Terkawal) 2012.
Perintah ini berkuat kuasa bagi tempoh mulai 19 Januari 2012 hingga 30 Januari 2012.
Harga maksimum pengeluar
Harga maksimum pengeluar bagi barangan harga terkawal yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Pertama bagi negeri–negeri di Semenanjung Malaysia, negeri
Sarawak, negeri Sabah dan Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan ditentukan mengikut kawasan dan daerah sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2).
Harga maksimum borong
Harga maksimum borong bagi barangan harga terkawal yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Kedua bagi negeri–negeri di Semenanjung Malaysia, negeri Sarawak, negeri Sabah dan Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan ditentukan mengikut kawasan dan daerah sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2).
Harga maksimum runcit
Harga maksimum runcit bagi barangan harga terkawal yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Ketiga bagi negeri–negeri di Semenanjung Malaysia, negeri Sarawak, negeri Sabah dan Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan ditentukan mengikut kawasan dan daerah sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2).

Penandaan harga
Mana-mana orang yang menjual atau menawarkan untuk menjual barang harga terkawal hendaklah meletakkan label berwarna merah jambu yang menunjukkan harga bagi setiap unit atau unit timbangan, nama yang memerihalkan barang berkenaan dan gred atau kualiti, sekiranya ada, bagi barang harga terkawal tersebut.
Mana-mana orang yang tidak mematuhi subperenggan (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan
jika orang itu suatu pertubuhan perbadanan, didenda tidak melebihi dua puluh ribu ringgit dan, bagi kesalahan kali yang kedua atau yang berikutnya, didenda tidak melebihi lima puluh ribu ringgit; atau
jika orang itu bukan suatu pertubuhan perbadanan, didenda tidak melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit dan, bagi kesalahan kali yang kedua atau yang berikutnya, didenda tidak melebihi dua puluh ribu ringgit.

PRICE CONTROL AND ANTI-PROFITEERING (DETERMINATION OF MAXIMUM PRICE
AND PRICE MARKING OF PRICE-CONTROLLED GOODS) ORDER 2012
Opening note
This order may be cited as the Price Control and Anti-Profiteering
(Determination of Maximum Price and Price Marking of Price-Controlled Goods)
Order 2012.
This Order has effect for the period from 19 January 2012 to 30 January 2012.
Maximum producer price 2.
The maximum producer price for the price-controlled goods specified in column (1) of the First Schedule for the states in Peninsular Malaysia, state of Sarawak, state of Sabah and the Federal Territories is determined according to the areas and districts as specified in column (2).
Maximum wholesale price 3.
The maximum wholesale price for the price-controlled goods specified in column (1) of the Second Schedule for the states in Peninsular Malaysia, state of
Sarawak, state of Sabah and the Federal Territories is determined according to the areas and districts as specified in column (2).
Maximum retail price 4.
The maximum retail price for the price-controlled goods specified in column (1)
of the Third Schedule for the states in Peninsular Malaysia, state of Sarawak, state of
Sabah and the Federal Territories is determined according to the areas and districts as specified in column (2).

Price marking 5.
Any person who sells or offers to sell any price-controlled goods shall affix a pink coloured label indicating the price per unit or per unit weight, the name describing the said goods and the grade or quality, if any, of such price-controlled goods.
Any person who fails to comply with subparagraph (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable
where such person is a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit and, for a second or subsequent offence, to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit; or
where such person is not a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit and, for a second or subsequent offence, to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit.
