CUSTOMS ACT 1967
CUSTOMS (PROHIBITION OF EXPORTS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2012
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 31(1) of the Customs Act 1967
[Act 235], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Customs (Prohibition of Exports)
(Amendment) Order 2012.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 19 September 2012.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Customs (Prohibition of Exports) Order 2008 [P.U. (A) 87/2008], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in the First Schedule by deleting item 2 and the particulars relating to the item.
Amendment of Second Schedule 3.
The Second Schedule of the principal Order is amended by inserting after item 47
and the particulars relating to the item the following item:
