Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 88(1)(q) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister, after consultation with the Minister of Works, makes the following rules: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
These rules may be cited as the Traffic Signs (Size, Colour and Type)
(Amendment) Rules 2012.
(2)
These Rules come into operation on 23 September 2012.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Traffic Signs (Size, Colour and Type) Rules 1959 [L.N. 167/1959] are amended in the Schedule—
(a)
in Part I, under the title of “DANGER SIGNS”, by inserting after the traffic sign No. 13W the following traffic signs:
