Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Federal Roads Act 1959 [Act 376], the Minister, after consultation with the State Government of Kelantan, makes the following order: Citation and commencement

Seksyen 1

(1)

This order may be cited as the Federal Roads (West Malaysia)

(Amendment) Order 2012.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 15 February 2012.

Amendment of Third Schedule

Seksyen 2

The Federal Roads (West Malaysia) Order 1989 [P.U. (A) 401/1989] is amended in the Third Schedule under the heading of “Negeri Kelantan Darul Naim” —

(a)

by numbering the existing item as item 1.;

(b)

in the national language text, in item 1, by substituting for the words

“Jalan Stesen VHF” the words “Jalan Masuk ke Stesen VHF”;

(c)

by inserting after item 1 the following item:
