Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement
Seksyen 1
(1)
This order may be cited as the Fees (Passports and Visas)
(Amendment) Order 2012.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2013.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.
The Fees (Passports and Visas) Order 1967 [P.U. 189/1967] is amended in paragraph 2─
(a)
by substituting for subitem I(c) the following subitem:
