- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 10 Akta Fi 1951 [Akta 209], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Seksyen 2
Fi bagi Pasport Malaysia dibayar di bawah perenggan 2 Perintah Fi
(Pasport dan Visa) 1967 [P.U. 189/1967] diremitkan―
(a)
bagi subbutiran I(c), lima puluh peratus berkenaan dengan orang yang berumur 60 tahun dan ke atas; dan
(i)
orang yang berumur 60 tahun dan ke atas; dan
(ii)
kanak-kanak yang berumur 12 tahun dan ke bawah.

FEES (PASSPORTS AND VISAS) (REMISSION OF FEES) ORDER 2012
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement
Seksyen 1
(1)
This order may be cited as the Fees (Passports and Visas)
(Remission of Fees) Order 2012.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2013.
Remission of fees 2.
The fees for Malaysia Passport payable under paragraph 2 of the Fees
(Passports and Visas) Order 1967 [P.U. 189/1967] is remitted―
(a)
for subitem I(c), fifty percent in respect of persons of the age of 60 years and above; and
(i)
persons of the age of 60 years and above; and
(ii)
children of the age of 12 years and below.
