Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Malaysian Biofuel Industry Act 2007 [Act 666], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2013.
Exemption 2.
The Minister exempts the application of paragraphs 5(1)(c), (d), (f) and (g) of the
Act to U.H. Engineering (KL) Sdn. Bhd. for the period of 1 January 2013 until 30 June 2013.
